TRANSFER SERVICE

If you are moving from one address to another address and both are serviced by the City of Redding utilities a deposit at each individual service address may be required based on a customer’s credit worthiness. You may contact our office at (530) 339-7200 or toll free (866)267-8845 for the deposit amount and options to possibly waive the deposit. A $25.00 transfer fee will be billed on your opening statement.
