START SERVICE

If you are new or returning to the City of Redding utilities and would like to start services or if you are a current City of Redding customer and would like to start services at an additional address, please use this form.

A deposit at each individual service address may be required based on a customer's credit worthiness. You may contact Customer Service at 530.339.7200 or toll free 866.267.8845 for the deposit amount and options to possibly waive the deposit. Please have the address available that you are inquiring about as the deposit amount is unique to each address. Please click on this link if you would like to review our Deposit Policy.

There is a $50.00 priority set fee for services turned on the same day at your request prior to 4:00, after 4:00 the priority set fee is $89.00. There is no charge for one working day notice.
