The Service Planning Group is responsible for designing the expansion and modification of Redding Electric Utility's facilities to serve new load within the City and relocate or redesign facilities as field conditions require.

INSPECTION REQUIREMENTS
All conduits and substructures installed in or below the ground for Electric Utility use must be inspected prior to backfilling. Failure to obtain an inspection will require the installer to expose any or all of the buried facilities for an inspection. Please schedule an inspection at least 48 hours in advance by calling the Electric Utility System Inspector at 530.224.4390.
