Did you know Redding Electric Utility (REU) is publicly owned? That’s right - your local community Utility, REU, is 100% owned by the people of Redding, our customers. October 3rd through October 9th is the 24th anniversary of National Public Power Week. REU hosted a special Public Power Week celebration. Activities took place at City Hall near the Customer Service entrance on the west side of the building. REU Energy Services staff offered customers energy efficiency materials/products, conservation tips, free energy audit services and more!
