REU Business Partners/Key Customer Program

Our Business Partner/ Key Customer Program is designed to enhance the reliable service REU’s top business customers have come to expect from REU. We’re here for you when you need open accessible answers to your questions and helpful support and information. Your Key Account Manager is ready to serve as a “one-stop shop” conduit between you and resources throughout the City of Redding so you have one point of contact to help provide solutions to any questions or problems you may have with any City services. We offer energy and cost saving programs, measures and tips. We’ll help analyze potential rebate opportunities that demonstrate KW demand savings, and more importantly, KW peak demand reduction or shifting. Incentives are based on a combination of KW peak demand reduction or shifting, KW demand savings, capital project cost, and fund availability. Your Key Account Manager will provide assistance through the application process.
